CSSSA

California State Summer School for the Arts

CalArts does not have a summer session, but it is the site of the
California State Summer School for the Arts (CSSSA), held from early July to early August. High school students, grades 8-12, may apply for admission to CSSSA and they do not have to be residents of California to attend. Students in CSSSA choose from programs in performing arts, visual arts and creative writing.
