International Student Financial Aid
Finanical Aid is available to international students, but is very limited and highly competitive. Since International students are not eligible for federal or state assistance, the only type of financial aid available to you is CalArts scholarship and CalArts work-study.
Therefore, we highly encourage you to be fully prepared to fund your education and living expenses while at CalArts. The regulations of the United States Department of Immigration require persons entering this country on a student visa to demonstrate that they have sufficient funds available to them to support their living costs as well as their educational expenses. Be sure to plan for your overall needs for the entire ength of the program.
Deadline
CalArts has established a Priority Deadline of March 2.
How to Apply
