About Us

Library and Information Resources provides collections, programs, and services designed to encourage intellectual growth and artistic expression. The Library is a place for collaborative learning where students and faculty meet to discuss projects and debate ideas.

For 2010/2011, the Division of Library and information Resources:

Provided 1,007 individual research consultations

Reached 638 students thorugh in-class instruction

Circulated 52 items on average per student

Borrowed 1,013 items from other libraries for students and faculty

Employed 80 student workers in the library

Taught 2 for-credit courses on research methodologies

Instructed 34 classes on information literacy skills
